Audre Lorde letterpress notebook

“Revolution is not a one time event.” Audre Lorde (1934–1992) was a poet, writer, philosopher, and intersectional feminist whose words continue to challenge and inspire movements for justice. Through her poetry and essays, she confronted racism, sexism, homophobia, and all forms of oppression with honesty and clarity. As a professor and activist, Lorde believed deeply that “there is no hierarchy of oppression.” Her influential works, including From a Land Where Other People Live (1974), The Black Unicorn (1978), and Sister Outsider: Essays and Speeches (1984), broke silences and continue to redefine the politics of identity, power, and resistance. • medium size notebook • cover is letterpress printed in blue ink with original illustration on light blue 100# paper • 56 blank 100% recycled pages • sewn stitched binding on the left in turquoise thread • measures 4.125”x6.375 with two rounded corners • packaged in a clear plastic sleeve
