We are delighted that you are here, and we can't wait to share our diverse, imaginative and beautiful books with you.

On this page you will find our ALL of our BRAVE FAVES written by African American Authors.

Your GOAL for the READ-IN is to commit to reading *at least* 1 book by an African American author in the month of February.

We have collaborated with the school and created a fun, diverse selection of MIDDLE GRADE (ages 8-12), YA (ages 12+) and GROWN-UP books for you to choose from, and we hope that you enjoy browsing the selection. In order to sort by the age ranges please use the drop down menu (under RMS Read-In) above.

In addition we also wanted to highlight other OWN VOICES authors that you might like to check out to enhance your home library! You can find those, organized by age group, in the drop down menu.

Feel free to explore our entire site and add any other books or products you'd like.

And don’t forget to check out the TEACHER WISH LIST page for the opportunity to gift your favorite teacher a favorite book ... or two!

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT:

In the NOTES section please put: RMS so that you receive a special Brave + Kind Tote Bag!

Also since school is still virtual we will be delivering the donated books directly to the school. Please be sure to indicate which, if any, books are to be donted and both to whom from whom for the donation sticker.

Be sure to select “PICK UP” under delivery method. You will receive an email when your books are ready to be picked up.
